I have over 30 years experience in the field of wellbeing and founded Team Actuate back in 1995, creating wellbeing services for companies such as British Airways and Verizon , we were the leading corporate wellbeing company in the UK. I have over 18 qualifications in wellbeing and holistic therapies

I now work from my lovely treatment room in Hurst RG10 where I treat clients for pain relief for muscular skeletal issues, anxiety issues and now facial aesthetics to help reduce those stress wrinkles !. Read my Google reviews for my clients feedback

My qualifications are in sports massage and deep tissue treatments for muscular-skeletal problems, facial aesthetics and holistic therapies. I am highly experienced, registered with professional bodies and insured.

Many of my clients come to for pain relief, whether from chronic headaches, lower back pain or muscle spams. I also treat the symptoms of stress and anxiety with my range of holistic treatments to clear the mind and relax in my calm and come treatment room

Over the past 30 years I have worked in medical rehabilitation clinics, physiotherapy and osteopathy clinics as well as running a corporate wellbeing company and a private practice.

Helping people feel better mentally and physically through my treatments is incredibly motivating and rewarding.
I have extensive experience in musculoskeletal issues created by sitting hunching in front of screens and can offer preventative advice regarding many disorders caused by IT use. I also have extensive experience in treating sports and fitness ailments whether from cycling, running or gym work.

Massage is a great way to manage and stay on top of muscular problems instead of them becoming problematic and then interfering with every day life. Many of my clients view my treatments as an integral part of maintaining a healthy mind and body. The aim is to keep you fit and healthy, not wait until you have developed problems.

My private practise is run from my home in Hurst near Wokingham, it is easily accessible with parking. The treatment room is private and cosy. There are heated blankets and oils for the winter months.
